I love to cook authentic Caribbean cuisine. I create a fusion of traditional Dominican and Puerto Rican dishes. Some of those include Rice, Beans, Stews and a few veggie meals made with my homemade Sofrito. I can also create spices and hot sauce using all fresh ingredients. Note: most of the dishes include Sazón, garlic and/or Sofrito, which I will provide!

  • Avi — “Aslin was INCREDIBLE!!!! She is so professional, her food was delicious, and I would recommend her to everyone. The roasted chicken is delicious - the chicken just falls off the bone and the sauce is amazing. The stewed eggplant with quinoa is also so good! The flavors are delicious and heating the food up is super easy. Aslin is professional, kind, and so gracious in my kitchen. I would love to have her cook in my kitchen again!”

My cooking style is centered around fresh produce, big but balanced flavors, and playful creativity. I’ve loved cooking since I was a child, watching my mom and grandma make big, beautiful meals at home — often with Middle Eastern and Italian influence. I've developed into an adept home cook who understands flavor composition, cooking techniques, and how to use ingredients on hand to make meals that people enjoy!

  • Molly — “Sophia was so warm and friendly and seemed confident in the kitchen, despite it not being her own. She immediately got to work and within minutes our home smelled like a restaurant. It was equally comforting and exciting to know a home-cooked meal was coming!

We loved both of our dishes. The roasted tofu, veggie, and kale grain bowl was delicious and fresh, healthy yet filling. The zesty coconut curry noodles became a new comfort meal. We loved the thoughtfully packed toppings, like fresh cilantro, green onion and chopped peanuts to add to the meal.

Sophia’s warmth shows through her cooking and despite being in a new kitchen, she seemed comfortable and confident, even making us an extra dressing for the tofu bowls when we misplaced an ingredient we thought we had for her original plan. She also cleaned the kitchen afterwards which was so nice not to have to worry about. We appreciate her effort and delicious meals!”

I would consider my cooking style vegetable forward and bread obsessed. I think that the best way to eat is by wiping the plate clean with a thick piece of sourdough. I am very passionate that all people should eat well. I understand that most people don't have the time to cook complicated, tasty recipes - but I do! I like to use spice, but I don't make things super spicy. I also think that vegetables should be in season when possible to make things taste the absolute best!

  • Sin — “I had a wonderful experience with Annie. She was right on time and was friendly and professional from the moment she arrived. She handled everything with care and made the whole experience seamless. The meal she prepared was delicious! She made a Spicy Kale Salad with Broiled Salmon and Roasted Zaatar Carrots, and everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully seasoned. The flavors were vibrant and well balanced, and it was clear she put thought and skill into every detail. The Roasted Zaatar Carrots stood out to me. They were caramelized and perfectly seasoned, with just the right balance of warmth and depth from the zaatar. Each bite was packed with flavor. It was one of those simple dishes that felt elevated and memorable. Annie also took the time to clean up thoroughly afterward, leaving the kitchen spotless. I truly enjoyed the entire experience and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a talented cook!

Annie was friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional. She stayed focused, worked efficiently, and managed everything without needing direction. She showed up on time, cleaned up after herself, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.”
