It's just me and my box grater against the world! If you ever want a cheesy recipe, I guarantee that the cheese will be grated by hand, unless you really prefer the pre-shredded stuff.

My cuisine is an Asian-American blend of typical American casseroles and nostalgic Asian dinners. I like to cook large meals that can either function as meal prep throughout the week, or fun for a whole family.

I have confidence I can cook dishes that are Korean, Japanese, and Chinese for the Eastern side, and ones that are Italian, French, and British for the Western side of things. I am also fairly flexible in cooking dishes that I may not have cooked before as long as I have personally tried them before (example: I can make a decent biriyani since I love eating it).
