I cook North Indian (bold, comforting curries and tandoori), Italian (simple and ingredient-driven), Thai (sweet-sour-spicy harmony), Mediterranean (bright, fresh, sunshine flavors), and American (classic, hearty, and crowd-pleasing). I also have a superpower: turning “uh-oh, there’s nothing in the fridge” into “holy yum, where did this come from?” (Yes, I see your sad leftover veggies and almost-expired dairy.)

And if you love Indian food but the rest of the family isn't there yet? No problem. I’ve got you. You can have your butter chicken and they can have mac & cheese, pasta, mashed potatoes,  burgers, or any American classic they love. Whatever keeps everyone happy at the table.
